            WEEKEND RATES (Thursday – Sunday)

            2-3 nights for $800.00

            4 nights for    $900.00

            WEEKLY RATES

            -$1600 for Seven Nights

            -During March & April (Spring Break) we prefer a long rental

Minimum visit is 2 nights

Unit #111 has 2 King Beds, A Large Sleeping Niche (2 Kids), & Small Sofa. The Guest House has Queen Bed and a loft with a Twin Bed & a trundle

Because of cost attributed to Towel Replacement, we are

no longer providing towels for our renters, however Bed Linens will be included.

Absolutely No Pets!!! (Caretaker enforced)

Check in Time: 3:00 pm

Check out Time: Noon

A deposit of one half your rental cost is required to confirm your reservation + $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit

Unless your deposit is received within 5 days, your reservation is automatically canceled (sorry, but this is because space is limited)

Remember, Casita 111 has a fireplace in the living room (Duraflame logs only).
The Casita has Central Air & Heat for Seasonal rentals
