This 1400 sq. foot home features two spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, den, sleeping niche, full kitchen, breakfast nook, and a covered patio. Up to 6 adults with children can be comfortably accommodated. |

The Casita was remodeled in the spring of 2002. The newly added den features a beauveada, television, and VCR. The den opens to the patio to let in the sea breeze. Casita 111 also has central air conditioning, heat, and a fireplace. |

The full size kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots & pans as well as utensils. |

The bedrooms feature Direct TV w Flat Screens, king size beds, with adjoining master bathrooms. Each bathroom has a large closet, separate vanity, walk-in showers, full bed linens, and blow dryers. |

Sept 2006 ~ We have just Completed a guest house to maximize your fun at Viva #111 & R.P.! The guest house "Casa de Ronquido" (the snoring house) has a Queen bed, Full bath, Loft w/ Twin bed & Trundle to Accept 4 more guests to the 6 that the main house will accommodate, for a total max guest limit of Ten. |
